Structure & Governance
The Center for Peace, Democratic Governance and Development (CPDG)'s daily management is led by the Executive Committee composed of the President as legal representative, the Vice president as deputy legal representative and the Secretary General. It also has a strong Board of Directors which oversees the policies and provides guidelines for all CPDG interventions.
The Research Council issues advisory opinions and proposals on the strategic plan, programs and activities of the center especially on research activities. An audit committee is mandated with the control of the management of financial accounts and other properties of the center. The center has a conflict resolution committee which deals with any conflict that could arise in the organization or among its organs. Here below is the current leadership of the organization:
